By uploading or submitting User Files, you grant us a limited, non‑exclusive, and revocable license to process those files solely for the purpose of providing the requested service (conversion, extraction, numbering, signing, etc.).
We do not claim ownership over your content and do not sell or share file contents with advertisers.

Some features, such as the 90‑day Unlimited plan, require payment through third‑party providers (for example, NOWPayments for crypto payments). By initiating a purchase, you agree that:
Activation of the Unlimited plan occurs when we receive a successful payment confirmation from the payment provider, either in real time via callback or via subsequent verification.
Because WordyTool provides an automated, usage‑based service that often begins processing immediately after you submit a request, all sales for the Unlimited plan are generally final. However, we aim to be reasonable and fair. We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or partial refund in the following limited situations:

All software, interfaces, designs, logos, and underlying technology of WordyTool are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use WordyTool solely as permitted by these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service or software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, except as allowed by applicable law.
We strive to keep WordyTool online and performant, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation. We may:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WordyTool and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you actually paid for the Unlimited plan during the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $20.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WordyTool, TCCGLab, and their respective staff and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
We may suspend or terminate your access to WordyTool at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you:
You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred before termination (for example, payment obligations or liabilities for violation of these Terms).
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law principles.
Where possible, disputes should first be addressed informally by contacting us. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be submitted to the competent courts in Duhok Governorate, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
